Notice – The Federal Government has extended the deadline for the filing of the Form 1095 that employers are required to provide employees relative to their health care coverage/participation in an employer-sponsored healthcare plan. The Diocese anticipates mailing the necessary forms in late February and no later than the March 2, 2017 deadline. Employees should note that they can file their 2016 income tax returns without attaching a copy of the document; rather, it just needs to be maintained in their personal tax records upon receipt.
