Position: Business Administrator
Details: St. Joan of Arc Parish in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a professional individual with strong organizational, communication and relationship skills to serve as our Administrative Assistant. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher. The Applicant must possess the ability to learn systems and procedures that are unique to the parish. The ability to work independently, multi-task and adjust priorities as they occur are important competencies.
The Administrative Assistant handles a wide variety of tasks including: welcome visitors and guide callers to the right person; create bulletins and maintain the website; organize, maintain and update sacramental records and parishioner data; manage various calendars; maintain office & sacramental supplies and interface with vendors; accounting entries and bank deposit preparation; support the Pastor and parish staff as needed
