Care for the
Caregiver: Stress Reduction for Family and Friends,
Thursday, 27 August 2009, St. Monica Church, Garfield Heights
Are you caring for a loved one and beginning to feel burned
out? Are you helping to care for a friend and finding yourself overwhelmed
by stress? A workshop for caregivers to learn how to better care for
themselves while caring for their loved ones is being offered by the
Office for Women in Church & Society and the Department for Marriage and
Family Ministry.
Care for the
Caregiver: Stress Reduction for Family and Friends
will be held on Thursday, 27 August 2009, from 7:00 to 9:00
p.m. at St. Monica Church, 13623 Rockside Road, Garfield Hts. 44125.
