- Procurator
- The priest, deacon or certified pastoral minister who acts as the representative for
the petitioner. This person works with the petitioner to ensure all required
documents are included with the petition. In addition, the procurator
works to ensure the petition is completed to the best of their ability and that
the facts presented by the petitioner seem to indicate the presence
of grounds pointing to invalidity.
