PontificalCouncilYearFaithLogoYear of Faith - Living our Relationship with Jesus Christ
Pope Benedict XVI called for a Year of Faith in his Apostolic Letter "Porta Fidei" of October 11, 2011, marking the fiftieth anniversary of the opening of the Second Vatican Council. This special year is an invitation to “an authentic and renewed conversion to the Lord, the one Saviour of the world.” The Pope wrote, "The 'door of faith' is always open for us, ushering us into the life of communion with God and offering entry into His Church. Enrich your experience this year, by living a relationship with Jesus Christ in your parish community, with an eye to the wider connection to the Local Church and the Universal Church.
