The Diocese of Cleveland Office for Worship assists the Bishop in his role as “Chief Steward of the mysteries of God and the overseer, promoter, and guardian of the liturgical life of the Church in Cleveland”.

In addition, the Office for Worship among other things is responsible for the following significant matters: formation and preparation of liturgical ministers; preparation of diocesan liturgies; educational programming concerning implementation pertaining to the Rites of the Church; overseeing RCIA programs including their implementation in parishes as well as formation of RCIA ministers and teams; being a resource for parishes and other diocesan institutions; overseeing the implementation of Built of Living Stones in the building and renovation of churches and chapels.
