Thank you for your interest in purchasing Eucharistic Revival Merchandise. Please note the minimum requirements and costs associated with each item. Once submitted, your ordered is sent to each vendor and a diocesan staff member. Invoicing/payment is handled by each vendor.

Download the flyer below and distribute to parishioners to collect their order requests. We are asking parishioners to complete the form and return with payment to the parish office. We recommend parishes provide a timeframe to parishioners for submitting their orders.
Polos are $27 each with a minimum of 12 per order.
Quarter zips are $35 each with a minimum of 12 per order.
Shirts are $7 each with a minimum of 12 per order.
Candles are sold by the case with no minimum case requirement. Cases are $44.50 each.
Eucharistic Revival Bandanas are sold at $4 each with a minimum of 4 bandanas per order.
There are two ways to purchase revival banners.
Eucharistic Revival Banner Set (Blessed, Broken, Gathered, Shared) are sold in sets of 4 for a total of $600 per set.
Individual Eucharistic Revival Banner (banner, stand and carry case) are $140 each. Please note the language and option (1 or 2) when access the online order form.
