Marriage and Family - Cycle Prep Workshop
Sunday, October 25 from 10:15am - 12:30pm
Cycle Prep introduces girls to basic female anatomy and menstrual cycle science in a positive way and explains what to expect when she starts her period, in an adult-supported environment. With comprehensive and age-appropriate information, Cycle Prep encourages girls age 9-13 to respect their bodies and equips them to navigate the natural changes which come with starting her period. By attending together, daughters learn that their mom, dad or other supportive adult is a trusted source to turn to as they encounter this new aspect of growing up. Space is limited, cost is $35 per family (scholarships available). This event is from 10:15 AM - 12:30 PM, following the 9:00 AM Mass. Light continental breakfast will be included: coffee, juice, donuts, and fruit.
