All your children shall be taught by the Lord; and great shall be the peace of your children. (Isaiah 54:13)
An exceptional learner is a student that learns and develops differently. Such a student may need instruction that accomodates his or her perferred learning style, a different pace of instruction or additional educational services in order to progress learning.
Together, we learn better. Implementing classroom and school-wide initatives through Better Together have Catholic school educators investing in the art of customizing plans that develop both exceptional and gifted students as a cohesive unit. Thus, every student is engaged and thriving.
To date, over 2,200 students identify with exceptional learning needs enrolled in Catholic schools within the diocese.
