Strategies for Strengthening Relationships

The program includes an interactive presentation based on the Gottman Method, where couples learn and practice ways to enhance trust, understanding, intimacy, and self-awareness as they build connection with their spouse. The presenter is licensed clinical counselor, Nicole Melchi from Kent Psychological Associates.

We will begin with Mass at 4:00 PM followed by a catered meal from Bruno DiSiena featuring beef funghetto, eggplant lasagna, homemade dessert and wine/beer. The cost is $30 per person.
