Co-Workers as the Family of God

Lay Ecclesial Ministers play a vital role in the collaborative and communal nature of ministry within the Catholic Church and in building up the Body of Christ. Rooted in our shared baptismal mission, we will discuss how clergy and laity can work as true coworkers, each contributing unique gifts and fostering unity, mutual respect, and co-responsibility to Christ’s mission.
