Strength Finders: Embracing your Signature Themes

God created you as unique and unrepeatable with talents, gifts, and abilities to bless your vocation, your ministry, and the Church. Awareness of these talents is essential to your discernment and growth in holiness. Using the individual results from the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment, this workshop will guide you in identifying and embracing your Signature Themes, reflecting upon their shadow-side, and better understanding, and loving the unique person you are.

Rev. Andrew Turner was ordained for the Diocese of Cleveland in 2006 and serves as the Rector of Borromeo and Saint Mary Seminaries. He has used the Clifton Strengths for over twenty years and has integrated them into the seminary formation program for the past ten years. He holds a Licentiate in Sacred Theology (S.T.L.) from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas, and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from Saint Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology.
