The Office of Hispanic Ministry invites you to our annual celebration of Faith and Culture entitled, 'Called to be Church: Believers to Disciples' on Friday, September 18, 2009.
The Most Reverend Roger W. Gries, Auxiliary Bishop of Cleveland will be our main celebrant at the bilingual Eucharistic celebration beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain, Ohio. This year's homilist will be The Most Reverend Jose Luis Escobar Alas, Archbishop of El Salvador. The recently appointed Archbishop of El Salvador will also concelebrate at the liturgy. A reception will follow in the church hall with international foods, desserts and entertainment.
All are welcome to this festive and joyous event held during Hispanic Heritage Month. Bring your family and friends.
