The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity — June 12, 2022

God is revealed to us as a Trinity of persons, each being God, yet remaining only one God bound together by love. Yes, God is mystery, beyond our understanding. We are privilege to have our God care for us and walk with us.

We also know that we have been created in the image of this triune God. Like God, we are also a community of persons called to be one in our love for each other.

May we take the time to reflect on the unity of the Trinity, three persons in one God. Then may we contemplate ways in which we can become more attuned to the image in which we have been made — a community a persons who give of ourselves for the sake of the other.

As you know, I buried my father last week. I appreciate being a part of the community of the Church and I am grateful for the prayers you have offered for my family and me. May we be of one mind and one heart as we make our pilgrim-way to God in the Heavenly Kingdom that awaits us.

Have a blessed week everyone.
