“As the family goes, so goes the nation, and so goes the whole world in which we live.” - St. John Paul the Great
The Office for Marriage and Family Ministry offers a range of services and programs to respond to the needs of couples and families and support them as they live out their Catholic faith. We provide marriage preparation programs for engaged couples, marriage enrichment opportunities, as well as resources to help individuals and families get through life’s struggles. We also provide resources, training and continuing education opportunities for clergy, staff and lay leadership in family ministry, ministry with engaged and married couples, and support for the divorced, separated and older adults.
Due to the current pandemic many “in-person” gatherings have been cancelled or postponed. You will also find a number of helpful resources regarding how we are moving Forward with Christ as a diocesan Church. Also, check out our newly updated Marriage and Family Resources page for additional resources.
If you need to speak to someone in person, we ask that you reach out to your local parish. We also encourage you to visit the parish website for more information about how the church is moving forward in this pandemic environment.
