New Parish Catechetical Leader Orientation

This day will raise up the Church’s vision of evangelizing catechesis as well as address essential responsibilities of catechetical leaders: preparing and forming catechists, planning and administering a faith formation program, registration form information, child safety requirements, sacrament preparation, and much more. Several other diocesan offices that provide important services to PCLs will be part of the day also. As you prepare to engage with and accompany families and their children in growing in faith, plan to attend this opportunity for your own professional growth as a catechetical leader.

Whether you are new to being a parish catechetical leader or have not yet attended an orientation hosted by the Office of Catechetical Formation, join us for a day of learning more about your role in this ministry and the chance to ask questions. Helpful resources will be plentiful!
