This 2-day workshop will focus on the parish as employer. We will look at a variety of Human Resource topics including hiring practices, onboarding new staff, assessing job descriptions, human resource laws and regulations, dealing with toxic people, conflict and staff relations as well as identifying skills for leadership of parish communities. The Desktop is limited to 20 participants to provide ample time for Q/A. Those in parish leadership and the business aspect of the parish are encouraged to attend. Cost $175 per person includes a private room and bath, meals, socials, and materials. The commuter rate is $100.
