Below are the fillable Rooted in Faith Grant Application forms for the 2023-2024 distribution. This year the deadline for application submission is October 31, 2023.
Grant awards will be decided in December 2023 with the distribution of funds in January 2024.
Due to limited funds available for distribution, the maximum amount requested is capped at $15,000. Although grants will be approved based on an evaluation of specific needs, grants approved within this category are expected to average $7,500.
