1st Grade Paraprofessional: St. Albert the Great

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic paraprofessional (instructional aide) to support our first-grade team. This individual will work closely with teachers to personalize learning for students and help create a positive, engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities ● Work with small groups of students to provide targeted instruction and support personalized learning goals ● Self-motivated ● Assist teachers in developing and implementing instructional activities and classroom routines ● Support students in developing foundational academic and social skills ● Maintain a positive, encouraging presence in the classroom ● Collaborate with first-grade teachers and instructional coaches to meet the diverse needs of students ● Perform additional duties as needed to support classroom and school operations ● Experience working with young children preferred ● Strong communication and collaboration skills
