Assumption Academy, a Catholic school in Broadview Heights, is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time 2nd Grade Aide to join our school community.
Position Details: Part-time position, 5 days per week Supports the 2nd grade classroom teacher and students Follows the school calendar Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities Provide small group and individual student support Help maintain a positive, safe, and organized classroom environment Supervise students during transitions and other assigned times Support the faith-based mission and values of the school
Qualifications: Experience working with children (school setting preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing disposition Commitment to Catholic education and values Must be VIRTUS trained (or willing to become certified) Assumption Academy is a welcoming and faith-filled community dedicated to the development of the whole child.
