Position Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction for 4th grade students Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and growth Integrate creative teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and families to support student success Support and uphold the Catholic mission and values of St. Dominic School Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Valid Ohio teaching license Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for working with elementary students and supporting their academic and personal development Commitment to collaboration and continuous professional growth Catholic candidates are preferred Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and references to Principal Maureen Covington at mcovington@stdominicschool.net.
