Provide Administrative and clerical support for efficient and smooth office operations, including supporting other staff, visitors, students and assisting in general daily office needs. Generally 24 hours per week
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the electronic schedule for the various facilities and meeting rooms and several employees’ digital calendars
- Answer the main line phone, greet visitors, manage emails and US mail and packages
- Be organized and professional in record keeping, processing correspondence and digital work
- Maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Website editing experience is helpful, but will be provided
- Accurate typing skills
- Attention to details
- Prior administrative, office or customer service experience is required
