Classroom Aide Grades 4-8: St. Barnabas School

Part-Time Grades 4–8 Classroom Aide St. Barnabas School – Northfield, OH 2025–2026 School Year St. Barnabas School is seeking a mature, reliable, and faith-aligned Classroom Aide for Grades 4–8. In this part-time role, you’ll support our teachers in helping students succeed academically while encouraging positive habits, organization, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with student learning, organization, and classroom transitions Supervise lunch, recess, and hallway movement Provide support during instructional activities and classroom prep Help maintain a respectful, faith-filled, and structured classroom environment Foster positive behavior and build supportive relationships with students

Qualifications: Experience working with students preferred Ability to work independently while following teacher direction Approachable, consistent, and firm when needed High school diploma or equivalent required Must pass BCI/FBI background checks and complete VIRTUS training through the Diocese of Cleveland
