Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction across core subject areas Create a positive, organized classroom environment that promotes student success Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners Integrate faith and Catholic teachings into daily lessons and classroom culture Use educational technology to enhance instruction Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback Communicate regularly with parents and guardians Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support student growth
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field Valid Ohio teaching license (or ability to obtain) Elementary teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Commitment to Catholic education and values Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
