Assistant Enrollment Management
The Enrollment Management Assistant is an energetic, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about all-girls education. Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, you will perform a variety of responsibilities related to Enrollment Services.
The Enrollment Management Assistant assists in student recruitment and executes processes that support the functions of admission, registration, and reenrollment. This position also manages the State of Ohio Scholarship Program applications and will contribute to admissions marketing efforts as time allows.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Admissions
- Supports prospective and accepted families through inquiry and onboarding processes.
- Assists with processing admissions applications, financial assistance applications, and transportation applications
- Assists with data input to the student information systems (SIS), and other admissions tasks
- Assists with tours as needed
- Ensures all required supporting documentation is received and stored in the SIS and student files
- Adds necessary notations within the SIS regarding registration activity and/or records updates
- Assists VP of Enrollment Management with responding to admissions inquiries by responding to phone/email messages and scheduling admissions appointments
- Liaisons with faculty, staff and coaches on matters pertaining to student enrollment as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding student records and family financial information
- Facilitate and supports logistics for the planning of admissions and orientation events, may require occasional weekend days or evenings
- Represent the school at admissions events in the community, may require occasional weekend days or evenings
- Contributes to the promotion of admissions events as time allows
State Scholarship Program
- Performs duties associated with the EdChoice and Jon Peterson scholarships, including the application process with accompanying documents, as well as periodic reporting of student attendance and standardized testing.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- Answers admissions main phone line and greets visitors at the Campus Administrative entrance
- Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and members of the community
- Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity and meets tight timelines and deadlines, with the ability to adapt to changing needs of the school
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Three (3) years of clerical experience, admissions, financial aid, or student service role. Sales and customer service experience will be considered as well.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Must be highly organized and detail orientated; be able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate fashion; be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to quickly and accurately enter data and coordinate efforts with other staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Knowledge of FACTS SIS a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Canva a plus
- Ability to meet consistent attendance
- Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisor, current students, and applicants face to face
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity to personal information
Salary: $35,000 - $42,000
