Position Summary The Network Facility Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the physical plant, grounds, and safety protocols of All Saints School and Mater Dei Academy in Wickliffe, Ohio. This role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient learning environment while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and diocesan regulations. Primary Responsibilities Compliance & Safety (AHERA/Health/Fire): Serve as the AHERA Designated Person; maintain the Asbestos Management Plan, coordinate 6-month surveillances and 3-year inspections. Liaise with Lake County General Health District for annual school inspections and kitchen/cafeteria compliance. Coordinate annual Fire Marshal inspections and ensure all life-safety systems are certified as needed. Contract & Vendor Management: Source, vet, and manage third-party contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing).
Oversee the bidding process for major capital improvements in alignment with the Network’s budget.
Logistics & Campus Operations: Monitor Traffic Control: Design and manage morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up procedures to ensure student safety and neighborhood relations.
Campus Security: Oversee physical security infrastructure (cameras, electronic locks, visitor management systems).
Maintenance Supervision: Provide guidance to site-based maintenance/custodial staff (dotted line supervision). Develop a Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule for both campuses to extend the life of equipment.
Technical Operations & IT Liaison: Managed Service Provider (MSP) Coordination: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the Network’s managed IT services provider. Supplies & Procurement: Standardize and centralize the purchasing of cleaning and maintenance supplies across the network to leverage bulk pricing.
Additional Skills a plus: Energy Management, Event Coordination, Capital Planning
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Facilities Engineering, or comparable skills and experience in school operations. Experience: 3–7 years in facilities management, project management, or school operations. Skills: Proficiency in project management, budget oversight, and a working knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
