We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as our Full-Time Computer Teacher and Technology Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing computer instruction to students, supporting technology integration across the school, and overseeing technology-related assessments and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Teach computer and technology skills to students across assigned grade levels Support teachers and staff with basic technology needs and classroom technology integration Manage and oversee MAP testing, including scheduling, setup, and coordination Maintain and support school technology equipment and software Ensure responsible and ethical use of technology aligned with Catholic values Communicate effectively with administration, staff, students, and families Perform other duties as assigned by administration
Qualifications: Experience teaching computer/technology skills preferred Knowledge of educational technology and assessment platforms (MAP testing experience preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment Requirements: Must be VIRTUS Trained (or willing to complete training prior to start date) Must successfully pass BCI and FBI background checks Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education How to Apply: Send resume and cover letter to kcoan@stjeromecleveland.org
