General Maintenance/Custodial: Assumption Parish

Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning, including but not limited to: - Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors - Wiping down other surfaces - Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners - Dusting furniture and fixtures - Thoroughly clean and sanitize gymnasium facilities, including: - Sweeping and mopping gym floor - Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms - Emptying trash and recycling bins - Wiping down equipment and surfaces - Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed in restrooms and classrooms. - Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. - Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. - Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Maintenance or Principal. Hours: This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week. Typical work hours will be during the afternoon/ evening, Example: 2:00pm-7:00pm, 3:00pm-8:00pm. Monday through Friday, with potential for occasional weekend hours during special events (to be discussed). Specific schedule to be determined upon hire.
