Grade 6 Teacher: Immaculate Heart of Mary School

Immaculate Heart of Mary School, located in Cuyahoga Falls, is seeking a faith-filled and vibrant 6th grade classroom teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is departmentalized with the candidate teaching Math and Social Studies to both 6 grade classes, along with teaching religion and leveled reading. This candidate will be responsible for teaching the sixth-grade curriculum and exhibiting strengths in the areas of mathematics, reading, and social studies. Desired qualities include strong communication skills, classroom management, and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to faith-based education and the growth of the whole child. A valid Ohio teaching license, BCI/FBI background checks and Virtus training are required. Candidates must comply with all school, state and diocesan requirements.
