We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered 4th Grade Homeroom Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond! We are looking for an educator who values strong relationships, purposeful instruction, collaboration with colleagues, and the integration of Catholic faith into the school day.

The Role
The 4th Grade Homeroom Teacher will serve as the lead teacher for a fourth grade classroom, building a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction
- Creating a classroom culture rooted in high expectations, joy, and care for students
- Supporting the academic, social, and spiritual growth of fourth grade students
- Building strong partnerships with families
- Using student data to inform instruction and support growth
- Collaborating closely with grade-level teammates and colleagues across content areas
- Integrating Catholic values and faith into daily classroom life
We are open to reworking the 4th and 5th grade teaching team and subject responsibilities in order to find the best candidate and create the strongest instructional fit for students and staff.
Our classroom structures are designed to support meaningful relationships and strong instruction, with some flexibility in class sizes depending on subject grouping (e.g., leveled math).

Qualifications
Required
- Current Ohio teaching license or willingness to obtain certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Commitment to supporting the mission of Catholic education
Preferred
- Middle Childhood (4–9) licensure
- Experience teaching elementary or middle grades students
- Strong instructional background and willingness to collaborate flexibly within a grade-level team
- Ability to support student growth through data-informed instruction
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000–$60,000 depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, ongoing professional development, support for continuing education, and opportunities for leadership within the school.
