About the Role All Saints School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly organized Intervention Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every student has the tools they need to succeed academically, socially, and spiritually. This position is designed for an educator who thrives on creating tailored learning experiences and working collaboratively with teachers and parents to bridge the gap between a student's current performance and their full potential.

Key Responsibilities Instructional Support: Provide targeted small-group and one-on-one instruction in core subject areas. IEP Management: Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or Service Plans to ensure compliance and student growth.

Data Collection: Track student progress through regular assessments and adjust intervention strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaboration: Act as a resource for classroom teachers, offering differentiated instruction strategies and behavioral support techniques.

Communication: Maintain consistent, professional communication with parents regarding student progress and milestones. Environment: Foster a classroom atmosphere that is inclusive, encouraging, and aligned with the values of All Saints School.

Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Certification: Valid State Teaching License with an Intervention Specialist endorsement.

Experience: Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs is highly valued.

Soft Skills: - Patience and a genuine empathy for students facing learning challenges. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing classroom dynamics. Work Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday through Friday (Full school days).

Pay Structure: Competitive hourly rate based on years of experience and level of education.
