Intervention Specialist: Sacred Heart of Jesus

Sacred Heart of Jesus School is seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to support the academic and behavioral success of students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to provide targeted interventions and accommodations that help students thrive in a faith-filled learning environment.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student learning and growth. Provide small group and/or one-on-one instruction to address academic and behavioral goals. Collaborate with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction and support inclusive practices. Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of services, interventions, and student progress. Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development. Support compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education and intervention services.

Qualifications: Appropriate licensure or certification as an Intervention Specialist (preferred) and relevant experience working with students requiring academic/behavioral support. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Sacred Heart of Jesus School. Successful completion of FBI and BCI background checks required prior to employment.
