Position: Kindergarten Paraprofessional Full time Position for 2025-2026 School Year. Immediate hire.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Kindergarten Paraprofessional to foster the faith, intellectual and social development of primary age students.
Kindergarten Paraprofessional candidate will demonstrate:

- A commitment to working with students who have different learning needs by providing accommodations to the curriculum and/or behavioral support as necessary

- An ability to build on others’ ideas, capitalize on others’ strengths, and effectively share responsibility
- A willingness to participate in school initiatives and support staff committees
Kindergarten Paraprofessional candidate will:
- Serve as a guide in instructing students on proper classroom routines and behavior
- Help the teacher keep records for grading and attendance
- Get materials and equipment ready to help teacher prepare for class
- Reinforce lessons by reviewing material one-on-one and in small groups with students as directed by the teacher
- Assist with the supervision of students during lunch and recess, as well as in some of the related arts classes
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality in relation to private or privileged information
- Perform additional related duties and tasks as assigned by the school principal or designee
- Maintain the level of energy needed to effectively supervise and support young Kindergarten learners
Licensure Required: Ohio Educational Aide Permit or comparable. Prior education experience is preferred. Must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting check prior to starting employment and complete necessary training (e.g., Virtus training for child protection).
