Kindergarten Teacher: St. Raphael School

Description Saint Raphael School in Bay Village, Ohio is seeking a full-time Kindergarten Teacher for the upcoming school year. The teacher will be responsible for delivering curriculum in alignment with the Diocese of Cleveland and State of Ohio standards while supporting the mission of Catholic education. Qualifications Valid State of Ohio teaching license Virtus Certification (current) Current BCII and FBI background checks Religion Certification through the Diocese of Cleveland (or actively enrolled in a cohort)

Responsibilities Provide instruction in Kindergarten curriculum as prescribed by the Diocese of Cleveland and State of Ohio Assume responsibility for students throughout the school day (arrival through dismissal) Supervise students as assigned Maintain a daily schedule of 8:20 AM – 4:00 PM (minimum) Prepare and facilitate Kindergarten Graduation Develop and administer Kindergarten screening Moderate at least one student club and one all-school activity Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), faculty meetings, and professional development Participate in OCSAA planning and implementation Attend school events including Parent/Teacher Conferences, Open Houses, Curriculum Nights, school programs, and sacramental activities (as applicable)

Complete additional duties as assigned by the principal Salary Salary range: $37,450 – commensurate with experience and qualifications.
