Kindergarten Teacher: Sts. Joseph & John School

Kindergarten Teacher – Saints Joseph and John School (Strongsville, Ohio) Saints Joseph and John School is seeking a qualified and faith-filled Kindergarten Teacher to join our faculty as we expand to add a third section of kindergarten. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive, nurturing, and academically engaging classroom environment while upholding the mission and values of Catholic education.

Responsibilities include: Facilitate effective instruction aligned with curriculum standards Promote the safety and well-being of all students Create a positive classroom culture built on strong relationships Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Integrate technology and real-world applications into learning Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and achievement Collaborate with faculty and contribute to school initiatives Participate in extracurricular activities and school community life Perform additional duties as assigned by the principal

Qualifications: Commitment to Catholic education and values Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development Ability to reflect on and improve instructional practice Experience supporting a range of learners through accommodations and modifications Proficiency in educational technology

Requirements: Valid Ohio Teaching License Successful completion of background check and required diocesan training (e.g., Virtus)
