Incarnate Word Academy, located at 6620 Pearl Road in Parma Heights, is a Premier Independent Catholic School serving a diverse group of young learners from Preschool to 8th grade. We are seeking candidates for a long-term substitute science teacher in our preparatory level, teaching students in grades 6-8 for the 2026-27 school year. The start date would be in mid-September. Hourly rate will be adjusted due to candidate experience and education. Candidates should demonstrate: ability to work in fast-paced environment high level of organization strong command of integrated science (Life, Earth, Physical Science) safe oversight of student lab in addition to classroom oversee science fair Candidates should conduct themselves in a manner that is compatible with and supportive of the teachings and mission of the Sisters of the Incarnate Word, the Diocese of Cleveland, and the Roman Catholic Church.
