Saint Rita School in Solon, a Catholic elementary and middle school committed to academic excellence and faith formation, is seeking a Math Teacher and Instructional Coach for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview: This position includes teaching mathematics, coaching and supporting math teachers, and working with small groups of students to strengthen instruction and achievement. The ideal candidate is collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about helping students and teachers grow in mathematical understanding within a Catholic school environment.
Qualifications: Valid Ohio 7–12 Mathematics teaching license (required) Strong knowledge of math instruction and best practices Experience supporting or coaching teachers is preferred Ability to work effectively with small groups of students Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities Include: Teaching math courses as assigned Coaching and collaborating with math teachers to improve instruction Analyzing student data to support targeted interventions Providing small-group instruction and enrichment Supporting school-wide academic goals
