Anticipated start date: August 13, 2026 Part time Position with potential to be full time. Part time position could be shared with another school in the Diocese of Cleveland for full time contract.
Position Summary The music teacher is responsible for leading the growth and development of Preschool – 8th grade Academy of St. Bartholomew students; planning, executing, and differentiating instruction so that students learn content as well as learning strategies specific to the unique talents, strengths, and needs of the students. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Music. • Expertise in both vocal and instrumental instruction preferred • Demonstrated subject-area expertise.
Terms of Employment: Full-time, 10 months per year (school year). Licensure Required: Ohio PreK-8 License or comparable. Prior teaching experience is preferred. Must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting check prior to starting employment and complete necessary training (e.g., Virtus training for child protection).
