Hospitality and order are some of the hallmarks of living and being a Eucharistic community. We are looking for someone with a friendly and outgoing personality.
This position is responsible for greeting all visitors and answering the phones. Organizing the parish front office and maintaining supply orders, managing the parish calendar, issuing sacramental certificates, and recording sacramental records, and offertory data entry. You will be asked to assist in other administration tasks to support the pastor and business office.
The position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM, benefits optional.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma - experience working in a professional office setting - strong computer skills (Word/Excel) - Highly motivated - Multitasker with great communication skills in person and over the telephone - Being able to work independently.
