Personal Finance Substitute: Trinity High School

Primary Duties and Responsibilities as Personal Finance Teacher: • Responsible for providing instruction in the areas of Personal Finance with an emphasis on budgeting, saving, credit and debit, investing and insurance. • Aids students in college and career planning by teaching how to research college costs, the reality of student loans and options to cash flow their education • Teaches students how to search for financial aid, research career fields, and understand other forms of education and additional post high school options. • Have Google Classroom knowledge • Evaluate students’ knowledge using tests and quizzes while maintaining students’ grades. • Communicate when necessary with students and their parents regarding classroom performance. • Remain current with business trends and continue to further own personal development • Other Duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience working with educational institutions a plus.
