Assumption Academy in Broadview Heights is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Part-Time Preschool Aide to join our early childhood team. We are looking for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to supporting a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled learning environment. We currently have two openings.
Responsibilities: Assist the preschool teacher with daily classroom activities and routines Support students with learning tasks, play-based activities, and social development Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Supervise students during classroom transitions, snack time, recess, and other activities Provide positive guidance and encouragement to students Work collaboratively with the teacher and school staff to support student success
Qualifications: Experience working with preschool or early childhood students preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, flexible, and dependable Commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Assumption Academy Must be VIRTUS trained or willing to complete certification Schedule: Part-time position with hours to be determined based on school needs
