We are seeking a receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a valuable role in ensuring the front/back doors and telephones are addressed in a positive and upbeat manner. This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring the appropriate people are entering the building.
Duties This position reports to the Director of The Early Learning Center and School. Handles flow of communications and information for the Director May be asked to perform clerical tasks to assist the Director or teachers. Will be accepting time sensitive and personal paperwork related to children's enrollment and scholarship applications. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and personal information This position will include any other duties assigned associated with the successful operation of the school and Early Learning Center and in the best interest of supporting a faith-based learning environment.
Requirements Must be Virtus trained (or willing to be trained, pass FBI and BCI background checks. Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
