The Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland have an immediate opening for Sister Services Coordinator to coordinate various programs, benefits and services available to members of the congregation. This part-time position (24 hours week) supports the Sisters’ mission to transform lives through contemplation, justice and compassion. In this role, you will: • Coordinate enrollment in government programs including Social Security, SSI, Medicare and Medicaid for sisters. • Process renewals/re-certifications for sisters enrolled in government programs. • Issue credit cards and support sisters with credit card related issues. • Order new and replacement cell phones. • Maintain the automotive database, vehicle acquisitions and disposals, coordinating vehicle accident claims and maintenance requests, and vehicle registration renewals. • Administer the annual budgeting process for sisters living expenditures. • This position is part of the Finance Department and works closely with Finance staff. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work with an elderly population are required. Experience with health benefits and government programs is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in social services, communications or a related field is preferred but not required.
