Therapeutic Intervention: Develop and implement individualized or group therapy plans based on student needs, IEP goals, and evidence-based practices. Provide direct speech and language therapy services in various settings (e.g., pull-out, push-in, classroom-based). Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure effective intervention. Integrate Catholic values and principles into therapy activities and interactions when appropriate. Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, special education teachers, school psychologists, and other school staff to support students' communication needs within the general education curriculum. Provide consultation and training to teachers and parents on strategies to facilitate speech and language development in the classroom and home environments. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, goals, and strategies for home support. Participate in school-wide meetings, professional development, and collaborative team planning.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, therapy sessions, and communication with parents and staff. Ensure all documentation complies with school, state, and relevant professional guidelines. Adhere to ethical standards and best practices set forth by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Professional Development: Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program. Valid State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in Ohio.
