Saint Joseph Academy, the only all girls Catholic school in the city of Cleveland, is looking for a State Scholarship/Cash Receipts Associate to work full time in the finance department. Position Overview The State Scholarship/Cash Receipts Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all deposits. In addition, this position coordinates and processes the EdChoice (Expansion and Traditional) and Cleveland Scholarship applications. This role provides assistance to parents/guardians of students to collect, process and follow up on applications and associated documentation to ensure that all necessary information is received to process applications. This is a full-time, 12-month role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities ● Responsible for processing incoming deposits for various school departments, donations, etc. ● Assist Controller with general ledger account reconciliation and create reports as needed ● Administer the EdChoice and Cleveland Scholarship programs utilizing the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (DEW) system to ensure proper reporting and receipt of scholarship funds ● Provide support to parents/guardians with state scholarships, as well as assisting with the DEW system ● Work with the Tuition and Financial Aid Assistant in the tuition billing process to ensure student accounts accurately reflect awarded state scholarships

Requirements ● Bachelor’s Degree preferred, minimum of three years related office experience preferably in cash receipt processing ● Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with additional Microsoft Office Suite productions ● Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT or other GL Accounting software experience a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Range

$45,000 — $53,500
