CLE 21:6 FAQs

• Who Can Go?

  • CLE 21:6 is a conference for high school youth. All teens must be in 9th-12th grade during the 2025-2026 school year to attend as a youth participant with their adult chaperones.

• How Do I Buy Tickets?

  • Teens MUST attend with a parish or school group, and cannot buy tickets individually. 
  • Youth ministers, campus ministers, and parish group leaders can buy tickets for their group on this website starting September 1.  You can purchase a block of tickets and assign names to them at a later date.  Liability forms are due December 1.

• What if My Parish and/or Catholic High School Isn't Going?

  • Have your parent/guardian email Francine Costantini and we will work to find you a group with whom you can attend. 

• What About Liability Forms? 

  • Links to teen and chaperone liability forms will be emailed to group leaders after purchasing tickets.  You can easily send the online liability & medical forms link to parents and chaperones.  Online forms are due December 1.  (So that is the deadline for knowing the names of all attending!)

• Teen : Chaperone Ratio

  • Groups need to have 2 adults for the first 10 teens, and 1 adult for every 8 teens after that.  E.g.:
    • 1-10 teens + 2 adults
    • 11-18 teens + 3 adults
    • 19-26 teens + 4 adults
    • 27-34 teens + 5 adults
    • 35-42 teens + 6 adults
    • 43-50 teens + 7 adults
    • 51-58 teens + 8 adults

• Who Qualifies As a Chaperone?

  • Chaperones must be at least 21-years-old, and have completed all safe environment requirements for the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.

• Do Adults Need Tickets to Attend?

  • Yes.  There will also be a liability & medical form for chaperones to complete.

• How Much?

  • CLE 21:6 is $40 per person, which covers the cost of the conference, as well as lunch and dinner.
  • The price increases for late ticket sales after October 31 (until we sell out):
    • $50 from November 1 - 30
    • $60 from December 1 - December 31

• Did the Name Change?

  • Sorta?  We change the colon in the logo, depending upon what Scripture quote we are focusing on that year.
  • You may see the name change from CLE 2:16 to CLE 21:6.
