Lay Ecclesial Ministry Retreat: Trinity and Mutual Indwelling
Friday, February 21 from 8:30am - 3:00pm
This retreat will explore themes related to the Trinity in the light of Scripture, the Christian mystical tradition, and Catholic Social Teaching. Spiritual masters as diverse as Hildegard of Bingen, Julian of Norwich, Meister Eckart, Teresa of Avila, John of the Cross, Teilhard de Chardin, Thomas Merton, Oscar Romero, and Dorothy Day will be our companions as we reflect on who is God for us, what is this Cosmos of which we are a member, who are we created to be, and what is the nature of the communion for which the Trinity creates us. All of these questions will be explored in the light of the pressing needs of our time.
In addition to the $20 fee, please bring a canned or boxed food item donation for a local food bank.
