Full-Time Church Custodian & Facilities Maintenance St. Teresa of Avila & St. Anthony of Padua Parishes are looking for a skilled, proactive "jack-of-all-trades" to keep our sacred spaces, parish halls, and grounds well-maintained! ? Locations: Sheffield Village, OH & Lorain, OH ? Job Type: Full-Time (Hourly, includes benefits)

⏱️ Schedule: 30 to 39 hours per week (Varies by season/events) ? Compensation: $ TBD ?️

Key Responsibilities: Light Maintenance: Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall repairs. Groundskeeping: Lawn mowing, weeding, trimming, and reliable snow removal/salting. Janitorial Services: Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms, offices, halls, and churches. Event Support: Setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, and equipment for parish gatherings.

✔️ Requirements: Experience in custodial work, building maintenance, or related trades. Ability to pass hands-on electrical/mechanical and maintenance skills tests. Valid driver's license and acceptable record for travel between sites. Complete diocesan criminal background check. Respectful demeanor supportive of a Catholic Church environment.
