Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency response services for our facilities. This role requires hands-on experience in general maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to respond to urgent issues at any time. Snow removal is a critical component of this position during winter months.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and basic mechanical work
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure proper operation and safety
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Perform winter maintenance
Maintain grounds, including landscaping, debris removal, and seasonal upkeep
Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate corrective actions
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment or spaces as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2–3 years of general maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Ability to operate maintenance tools and snow removal equipment
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Full-time position
Available for emergency maintenance callouts

Compensation & Benefits: Annual Salary of $65,000 and benefits.
