P.T. Custodial / Maintenance Worker: Corpus Christi Academy

Custodial/Maintenance Worker Corpus Christi Academy/Saint Clare Parish is seeking a Part Time Custodial/Maintenance Worker for general buildings & grounds maintenance. 25 to 28 hours per week. Pay rate range between $16 to $22 per hour based on experience and skills. A dependable and service-oriented team member to help maintain clean, safe, welcoming and functional spaces throughout the parish, school, church and campus. Perform light maintenance and repairs as needed, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, building cleaning skills & experience. Maintain appearance and safety of parish grounds by removing litter and debris and snow and ice removal from sidewalks, entrances and other designated areas as needed. Setup and tear down for parish and school events, meeting and special functions. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be flexible to respond to facility needs and possible on-call weekend emergency needs. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Successful completion of background check and Diocesan Virtus program is required. HS diploma/GED, valid Ohio Drivers License required.
