Parma area parents will have a new Summer Day Care option for their school-age children as Holy Family parish (7367 York Road, Parma) launches its first Summer Day Care program. The program is for children who are kindergarten graduates through eighth grade and begins on Monday, June 15 and runs through Friday, August 14. The nine-week program will be held Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required and there is a capacity of 76 children. Program activities include: crafts, hikes, swimming, field trips, soccer, martial arts, cheerleading, field day activities, and serving the community based on weekly themes.
